The Problem I Solve

In long-lived enterprise systems, complexity accumulates.

Over time, configurations grow harder to reason about, institutional knowledge fades, and small changes carry outsized risk. Even well-built systems can become difficult to evolve without introducing fragility.

Much of my work has focused on helping teams regain clarity — understanding what they have, why it behaves the way it does, and how to move forward responsibly.

I support teams working with complex, open-source-driven systems — often in environments where reliability, continuity, and shared understanding matter as much as delivery speed.
